B. Details of Services Provided to Investors
As a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Cura Capital provides the following services:

C. Rights of Investors
As an investor engaging with a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, you are entitled to the following rights:
- Right to unbiased research: You have the right to receive research reports and recommendations that are free from conflicts of interest and are based solely on independent analysis.
- Right to disclosure: You have the right to know about any financial interests, holdings, or conflicts of interest that the Research Analyst or its associates may have in the securities covered in a report.
- Right to transparency on fees: You have the right to be informed of all fees and charges before availing any service. No hidden charges shall be levied.
- Right to grievance redressal: You have the right to lodge a complaint and receive a response within the timelines prescribed by SEBI. You may escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI via the SCORES portal.
- Right to information: You have the right to access all material information and disclosures about the Research Analyst, including SEBI registration details and compliance history.
- Right to privacy: Your personal and financial data shall not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law.
- Right to exit: You have the right to discontinue any subscription or engagement at any time, subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.
D. Responsibilities of Research Analysts
Cura Capital, as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, is committed to fulfilling the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the basis of publicly available information only; not act on material non-public (insider) information.
- Disclose in each research report any financial interest held by the analyst or associates in the securities covered.
- Maintain an arms-length relationship between research activities and other business activities to prevent conflicts of interest.
- Not publish misleading, false, or unsubstantiated research reports.
- Maintain adequate records of all research reports, communications, and transactions for a period prescribed by SEBI.
- Comply with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and all circulars, guidelines, and directions issued thereunder.
- Ensure that all personnel involved in research have the requisite NISM certifications as mandated by SEBI.
- Respond to investor grievances within the timelines prescribed by SEBI.
- Publish and maintain this Investor Charter on the website at all times.
E. Do's and Don'ts for Investors
Do's
- Always deal with SEBI-registered intermediaries. Verify SEBI registration at www.sebi.gov.in before engaging any adviser or analyst.
- Read the research report carefully, including all disclosures and disclaimers, before making any investment decision.
- Conduct your own due diligence or consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before investing, as research reports are not personalised advice.
- Keep copies of all communications, reports, invoices, and agreements with the Research Analyst for your records.
- Check the credentials of the analyst and the firm on the SEBI SCORES / intermediary registration portal regularly.
- Report fraudulent activities, unregistered advisers, or misrepresentation to SEBI immediately via the SCORES portal.
- Update your contact details with the Research Analyst so that important communications reach you promptly.
Don'ts
- Do not make investments solely on the basis of a research recommendation without understanding the associated risks.
- Do not share your login credentials, OTP, bank account details, or demat account passwords with anyone, including the Research Analyst.
- Do not pay fees in cash. All payments should be made through proper banking channels, and receipts / invoices should be obtained.
- Do not be lured by guaranteed returns, risk-free investments, or promises of extraordinary profits. No registered intermediary can guarantee returns.
- Do not engage with unregistered Research Analysts or intermediaries offering investment advice without SEBI registration.
- Do not ignore red flags such as pressure to invest quickly, lack of written documentation, or refusal to provide SEBI registration details.
F. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Investors who have a complaint or grievance against Cura Capital may use the following escalation path:

Level 1 — Direct Contact
Email your complaint to contact@curacapital.in or call +91 7705013579. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and resolve within 15 calendar days.

Level 2 — Grievance Officer
If unsatisfied, escalate in writing to our Grievance Officer: Kshitij Prabhu at grievance@curacapital.in. Resolution within 15 calendar days of escalation.

Level 3 — SEBI SCORES Portal
If the grievance remains unresolved, lodge a complaint on SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in). SEBI will monitor the resolution within its prescribed timelines (typically 30 days).

For investor-intermediary disputes, SEBI's ODR platform at smartodr.in provides conciliation and arbitration services.
