As a client of Cura Capital, you are entitled to the following rights:
- Right to unbiased guidance: You have the right to receive advice and research free from conflicts of interest, based solely on your financial goals and independent analysis.
- Right to disclosure: You have the right to know about any financial interests or associations that may influence our guidance.
- Right to transparency on fees: You have the right to be informed of all fees and charges before availing any service. No hidden charges shall be levied.
- Right to grievance redressal: You have the right to lodge a complaint and receive a response within our stated timelines.
- Right to information: You have the right to access all material information and disclosures about Cura Capital and the guidance provided to you.
- Right to privacy: Your personal and financial data shall not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law (DPDPA 2023).
- Right to exit: You have the right to discontinue any engagement at any time, subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.
D. Our Responsibilities
Cura Capital is committed to fulfilling the following responsibilities to every client:
- Conduct research and provide guidance on the basis of publicly available information only; never act on material non-public information.
- Disclose in each engagement any financial interest held by our advisors in the securities or products discussed.
- Maintain an arms-length relationship between advisory activities and any other business activities to prevent conflicts of interest.
- Not publish misleading, false, or unsubstantiated reports or recommendations.
- Maintain adequate records of all communications, reports, and agreements for a minimum of five years.
- Respond to client grievances within our stated timelines.
- Keep this Client Charter current and accessible on our website at all times.
E. Do's and Don'ts for Clients
Do's
- Read all reports and guidance carefully, including all disclosures and disclaimers, before making any investment decision.
- Conduct your own due diligence and ask questions before investing, as our guidance is educational and not a substitute for your personal judgment.
- Keep copies of all communications, reports, invoices, and agreements with Cura Capital for your records.
- Update your contact details with us so that important communications reach you promptly.
- Verify the credentials of any financial intermediary before engaging them for services.
Don'ts
- Do not make investments solely on the basis of a recommendation without understanding the associated risks.
- Do not share your login credentials, OTP, bank account details, or demat account passwords with anyone, including our advisors.
- Do not pay fees in cash. All payments should be made through proper banking channels, and receipts / invoices should be obtained.
- Do not be lured by guaranteed returns, risk-free investments, or promises of extraordinary profits. No financial intermediary can guarantee returns.
- Do not ignore red flags such as pressure to invest quickly or lack of written documentation.
F. Grievance Redressal

Email your complaint to contact@curacapital.in or call +91 7705013579. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 15 calendar days.

If unsatisfied with the initial response, escalate in writing to our Grievance Officer: Kshitij Prabhu at kshitij@curacapital.in. Resolution within 15 calendar days of escalation.
