How to Raise a Grievance
Follow the steps below to ensure your complaint is addressed promptly and in accordance with SEBI's grievance redressal guidelines:

Step 1 — Contact Us Directly
Email your complaint to contact@curacapital.in or call us at +91 7705013579. Include your full name, registered contact details, a clear description of the grievance, and any supporting documents. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

Step 2 — Grievance Officer Review
If you are not satisfied with the initial response, escalate in writing to the Grievance Officer at grievance@curacapital.in. The officer will review your complaint and provide a resolution within 15 calendar days of receipt.

Step 3 — SEBI SCORES Portal
If your grievance remains unresolved after Step 2, or if you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may register your complaint on SEBI's online portal — SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redress System). SEBI will take up your complaint with us and monitor the resolution.

Step 4 — Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
As an additional avenue, you may use SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution platform at smartodr.in for investor—intermediary disputes. ODR offers conciliation and arbitration services.

- Resolution by Grievance Officer: Within 15 calendar days of escalation.
- SEBI SCORES resolution: As per SEBI's mandated timelines (typically 30 days).
